WOOD WORKING INDUSTRY
Ice Clean Systems provides many solutions for the woodworking industry. Using our patented abrasive belt cleaning technology, wood product manufacturers are able to substantially increase the life of abrasive belts, positively impacting their bottom line in a major way.

In addition to abrasive savings, quality is improved, with fewer reworks and rejects, by having clean and cool belts on the sander. Production time is enhanced also, due to less frequent belt changes.

We offer on-Sander Belt Cleaning with our automated AbraSand-On ™ System. We offer off-sander cleaning with our AbraSand™-Cabinet. In addition to our automated belt cleaning systems, we also offer an option for manual cleaning on or off the sander.

FOOD PROCESSING
In most cases, dry ice providers supply the dry ice particles in food-grade condition (99.999% carbon dioxide) permitting their use in food processing and preparation areas.

Since the particles of dry ice sublime upon impact, there will be no waste generated from the cleaning media to contaminate the food processing equipment.

Ice Clean Systems’ automated dry ice cleaning systems may be applied even when systems are in production and operating at normal processing temperatures.
